The Store Cupboard CIO

Registered charity number: 1210998

Welcome to the official website of The Store Cupboard, a registered Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) in England and Wales.

About us

Our main objective is to alleviate food poverty in Ealing and the surrounding areas by providing groceries to those in need at heavily discounted prices. We operate as a food support project, offering a normal shopping environment to members who are referred to us by local agencies.

The objects of the CIO are:

  • The prevention or relief of poverty or financial hardship in Ealing and the surrounding areas by providing to individuals in need (and their dependants): food, toiletries and household items that they could not otherwise afford; and such other means, including (but not limited to) the provision of support, guidance or signposting to relevant information and advisory services that further the above objects.

We are a community-focused food project dedicated to the relief of poverty in the Borough of Ealing and the surrounding areas. Our mission is to support individuals and families facing financial hardship by providing essential groceries, toiletries, and household items.

We operate in an environment where members, who are referred to us by local agencies, can select food and toiletry items they need with dignity. We provide support, a welcoming and friendly face, with signposting to other services -where possible and appropriate.
